TrackMyTime PRO is built on a "Privacy-First" architecture. We believe your time is your own, and so is your data. The application is designed to function fully offline and does not require or collect any personal information from you.

2. Information Collection and Use

A. Personal Information

No Collection: TrackMyTime PRO does not require account creation, registration, or any form of identification. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers.

No Third-Party SDKs: We do not use third-party analytics (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) or advertising SDKs. Your app usage patterns are never tracked or transmitted to third parties.

B. App Data & Local Storage

Local Processing: All data you enter into the app—including task names, project descriptions, and time logs—is stored exclusively in a private database on your mobile device.

No Cloud Transmission: No data entered into the app is transmitted to our servers or any cloud provider. Your data remains under your physical control at all times.

3. Google Play Data Safety Compliance

In accordance with Google Play's 2026 Data Safety requirements:

Data Collection: We declare that our app does not collect or share any user data.
Data Sharing: We do not share any data with third-party companies or organizations.
Security Practices: Since no data is transmitted to the cloud, there is no data in transit to encrypt.

4. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Since we do not collect, store, or process any personal information, your rights under the CCPA/CPRA (including the right to access, delete, or opt-out of the sale of personal information) are inherently protected.

Access & Portability: You can export your entire time-tracking history into a JSON or PDF format at any time directly from the app’s Analytics section for your own records.

5. Permissions

TrackMyTime PRO operates with minimal system permissions.

Storage: Used only to save your exported PDF reports and JSON backups to your device's Downloads folder.
Note: We do not request access to your Contacts, Location, Camera, Microphone, or Identity.

6. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally, you have total control over its deletion. You can wipe all data by:

Clearing the App Data/Cache in your Android System Settings.
Uninstalling the application.
